(tutorial from maty1500. his site is here)
What do I need?
- A jailbroken device running iOS 5 or higher
- Spire installed
- a SSH possibility (e.g. iFunBox on your PC or Mac or iFile on your iDevice)
- a fake certificate whitch you can get here
- a litte bit of time
- internet connection (whether on WiFi or 3G/EGDE)
Step 1:
Check if you have all the things on top. Be sure you download this file on your device and install the certificate (If you cannot install it via Safari on your device, download it on your PC or Mac with IE 8 or IE 9 and E-Mail it to yourself and install it via Mail on your device.) and deactivate Siri in Settings > General > Siri.
Step 2:
Open iFile on your device or your SSH program (or iPhone Explorer) and go to etc/hosts. Now, edit the hosts file with the Text-Viewer to this:
(if hosts doesn't exist in your directory then delete "hosts.equiv" and make a new "hosts" file and copy what is below to your new hosts file on your iPhone)
##
# Host Database
#
# localhost is used to configure the loopback interface
# when the system is booting. Do not change this entry.
##
127.0.0.1 localhost
225.225.225.225 broadcasthost
::1 localhost
fe80::1%lo0 localhost
31.170.134.60 guzzoni.apple.com
31.170.134.60 17.174.4.4
Step 3:
Go to var/mobile/Library/Preferences and delete the following two .plist-Files:
com.apple.assistant.plist
com.apple.assistant.support.plist
Step 4:
Go to Settings > General > Siri and activate Siri.
Step 5:
Now go to Settings > Spire and edit the URL to:
https://guzzoni.Apple.com
Step 6:
Reboot your device once.
Step 7:
(This might be the longest step of all!) Activate Siri once, and dissmiss it directly after Siri says "Sorry, but i cannot connect right now, please try again later." (Should be something like this). Now you're done. But you'll have to wait until Apple sends you a key. "nIt" will be pushed to your device without a notification. How do you know if it has been sent then? Well you have to try it a few times every 10-15 mins unitl it works or even after up to 1 hour. Siri should now work on a iPhone 4 or 3GS and even on your iPads and iPod touches without any proxy server or a 4S key.

Please note this:
- I tested it on my iPhone 4 and it worked perfectly, but there seems to be some bugs with the iPad 2 or the Facebook Application.
- There are some problems: You have a 50% chance that this will work, otherwise, it won't. I'm working really hard with the complete "Siri4All Dev Team" on a solution. Stay tuned!
- If you really really REALLY want a solution and everything else has failed, you can restore your device and repeat all the steps and it should work.
